The standard delivery time within Germany is approximately 5-7 business days. Outside of Germany, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery.

At special times, such as Christmas or during discount promotions, slight delays may occur due to generally increased demand.

Shipping within the EU is free for orders over €100.

For orders below that value, we charge €5.90 within Germany and €9.90 within the EU (excluding Germany).

For shipping requests outside the EU, please contact us by email at hello@padel-hype.store so that we can clarify the shipping options and costs for you depending on the country.

The items are shipped with DHL in a secure, FSC-certified transport carton.

For the sake of the environment, we avoid individual plastic packaging.

Please fill out the enclosed return slip and send it back together with the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days to:

The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.

To ensure you can enjoy your beautiful garment for as long as possible, wash it inside out, ideally with a normal wash cycle at 30 degrees.

If necessary, iron it inside out and not directly on the print.

The fabric may shrink by 5% when washed.
Some pilling of the textiles is possible during the first few washes.

For men we recommend their usual size, for women we recommend one size smaller than usual.

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the leading worldwide standard for organic cotton. Based on ecological and social criteria, it guarantees that cotton is grown organically and without the use of genetically modified seeds or hazardous chemicals.

Furthermore, it also guarantees traceability from the harvesting of the raw materials to the end customer, including transaction certificates at every stage of production.

For our printing, we exclusively use organic inks that are water-based and OEKO-TEX Standard certified.

They are biocompatible and breathable and are applied using the environmentally friendly DTG printing method.

The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, one of the world's best-known standards for assessing harmful substances in textiles, confirms that products do not contain any chemical substances that are harmful to the human health and the environment, and it guarantees that they comply with the EU's REACH regulation.

Standard 100 also prohibits certain potentially harmful substances, even if these are not yet legally forbidden.
